Religion: I've Finally Figured It Out

Deism is a religious philosophy and movement that derives the existence and nature of God from reason and personal experience, in contrast to theism (with religions like Judaism, Christianity and Islam) which relies on revelation in sacred scriptures or the testimony of other people.

"So lean upon him gently

And don't call on him to save

You from your social graces

And the sins you wish to waive.

He is the God of nothing

If that's all that you can see

You are the God of everything

He's inside you and me."

Ironic, isn't it in these times, that I believe Deism was the Founding Father's religion of choice? Religion found through person experience rather than being told what you should believe..
