JJ has stated that, if we were to have copius amounts of money, we will build and design a hobbit-hole to live in.
Apparently, the temperature would be constant throughout the year just about 6 feet underground.
Since Earth is one of my two elements, I think I would love it. I'd have the attic windows just barely peeking out of the ground so I could pretend to be a prairie dog.
